User Location Data
We only store current user locations to provide real-time hazard awareness and navigation assistance. We do not track or store entire movement histories or location logs over time. Location data is used solely to improve the Service and is not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for functionality.
Liability Disclaimer
FamStride cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages arising from the use of the Service. While our application provides hazard warnings, it is the user’s responsibility to remain aware of their surroundings and make informed decisions. We cannot verify whether users acted upon the warnings provided by the Service, and therefore assume no liability for incidents that may occur before, during, or after a hazard notification.
